Every Auva order ships from our warehouse in the United States. Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimums, no codes.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: emailed to you the moment your order ships
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Returns & the 60-Day Glow Guarantee
We want you to actually use your device — that's the only way it can work. So instead of a rushed 14-day window, you get 60 days.
If you're not happy with your results at any point within 60 days of delivery, email hello@auvabeauty.com with your order number. No forms, no interrogation. We'll process your refund to your original payment method once your return is confirmed.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, send us a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — you won't be asked to post anything back at your own expense.
